Cancellation/No shows
If you are 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment your service may be rescheduled or cancelled.
If you must cancel your appointment, pleas contact me at least 24 hours in advance so I can adjust my schedule.
If you do not cancel in advance or "no show" there will be a 50% charge for your missed appointment.
Payments
If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 72 hours of your scheduled service for any complimentary touch ups.
No refunds will be issued.
It is required to have a credit card on file to reserve any and all appointments.
Cash, ATH móvil or Venmo is accepted for appointments.
Gratuity is accepted cash, ATH móvil or Venmo.
Others
VISITORS: No children or animals are permitted in the salon as it is a safety hazard.
OUTSIDE LASH FILLS: I do not accept fills done by another lash artist/salon. Please book an "Outside lash fill" when booking. Understand many salons use different techniques and if I decide that the previous work isn't up to my standards I can offer a removal and full set of lashes to make the proper corrections.
FOR ALL LASH SERVICES: Please come makeup free with clean lashes. You may come into the salon a few minutes early to your appointment if you would like to wash any makeup prior. Arriving to your appointment with makeup on takes time away from me doing your service and may result in an up-charge lash cleanse if I see excessive built up product/makeup on the lash line.
